\"\"AppBook system is a unique application of its kind. It covers entire patient management, including planning and organization in medical office. On top of that AppBook has public part of application which is accessible for patients and offers patients opportunity find and make appointment booking with doctor in his medical office. This concept drastically decreases number of phone calls and emails from patients received by medical office.<\/p>\n

Our application extremely facilitates patient organization in medical offices and thanks to integrated access control policy it’s suitable also for large health centres or even hospitals.
\nEach medical office created within our system has it’s own calendar which is updated in real time. Calendar offers variety of functions to plan and manage your patients in medical office.<\/p>\n

Appbook has two parts. One is for your patients (public part), while the second (internal part) is designed for doctors, nurses and hospital management.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This part of AppBook is public and has accessible selected medical offices (not all medical offices needs to be public), in which patients can make bookings for appointments with doctors. Each published medical office has it’s own public calendar where patient can chose time slot and make booking. Booking process has three simple steps, each patient have to:<\/p>\n

  • Fill informations about patient and confirm booking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    As part of the public part of AppBook, your patients have an overview of their completed, but especially planned appointments in medical offices. Each patient can also self cancel its booking request directly via this interface, there’s no need to contact medical office by phone.<\/p>\n

    System AppBook, among other things, have integrated Content Management System (CMS), which manages you website content. If you are interested, with AppBook you can build an appointment booking system as part of website for your medical office or hospital. We can even customize design of website to reflect your corporate identity of your medical office and your requirements.<\/p>\n

    Backend or internal part is available only for authorized users (management, doctors, nurses …) of medical office or hospital. Access to the various system modules is controlled through roles and access rights for each user. Basic elements of the internal part are interactive realtime calendars for each medical office created in system.<\/p>\n

    Each user has limited access to only chosen medical offices, or to medical offices where he is authorized to make data changes. Available tools for each medical office:<\/p>\n
