Access control
Application controls access of authorized users to only accessible medical offices. This means that within one application you can have multiple medical offices with multiple users. Users are assigned to groups, for individual groups you can specify permissions. This allows you to grant or deny access to specified office for particular users.
Dynamic timeslots
Do you want to keep some timeslots in private? No problem, only you will chose which timeslots are visible for public and which are private for you as administrator.
Time locks
Our system automatically blocks work of two users at the same time on same timeslot, so there is no way that someone will create booking on timeslot before you will finish working with this slot.
Data export / import
Application data (eg. timeslots) can be easily imported from Microsoft Excel. Data export (eg. booking requests) are available in CSV or PDF.
Patient can manage its bookings
If (for any reason) patient can not attend for appointment, within a certain period patient can cancel booking request on your website, allowing other patients to make booking as replacement.
