By standard application runs on our servers. Each instance of application, has its own virtual server (VPS) where it runs, with enough system resources. There is one VPS for each client. System resources are calculated according to number of users and how many medical offices will application manage
On request we can distribute application to client server.
App price already includes the management fee, operation and administration of virtual servers. We will not chage you any other fees related to VPS.
Yes, you can import data to AppBook from your other systems, like patients lists, medical offices preferences, user accounts, timeslots etc ..
We do realise that data are the most valuable part of application, and because of that we pay maximum attention to their protection. At server level our VPSs are backed up on a daily basis, always in the evening. Application itself communicates via encrypted transmission protocol HTTPS, and access to the internal part of the application available to authorized users only.
On client request we can make two-factor user authorization.
AppBook system updates are fully automated and in any case you will not affect system accessibility. The maximum length of downtime during updates, are usually within 10 seconds.
